How to communicate with persons with hearing loss

For a person with hearing loss, following a conversation may be frustrating. Remember that a hearing aid DOES NOT provide normal hearing. It is prosthesis, and therefore, there are limitations, especially in noisy environments..

A person with hearing loss tends to isolation very easily. He/she may feel frustrated or rejected. Please, take some time to communicate and try to make it effective. Help them be an interactive member of his/her family.
